Let pure love energy pulsate through your life, family and relationships

Past Valentines day…a day focused on LOVE! Our focus needs to be on LOVE the whole year through! Ponder about Conditional & UNconditional LOVE…You might have had a childhood where (some) adults were cold and aloof because of the lack of love they received. What you don’t have you cannot give…  

Think about the impact of family trauma’s like arranged marriages. Suppose you HAD to marry someone and your heart was with another…instead of love for your partner you feel resentment…The children you would have are not totally accepted by you either, because your heart is closed…filled with pain. It is in this energy field where Family Constellations can provide healing and have love flowing again.

Everybody can relate to this kind of pain and has  experienced  this rejection at least once.

Here is an answer: LOVE is meant to heal. Focus on the concept ‘Love’ and you will feel the change! By saying the word LOVE you connect to the energy of LOVE that  ALWAYS is available to us.

Take a deep breath, focus your attention on your heartcenter, right behind your breastbone, open the space by visualizing it and just intend to open it wide and fill it with love-energy! make it pink, red! make it large! feel the light! Breathe it in! Connecting to the power of intention is doing the job!
